Our services are
very popular and therefore Studio 34 Ltd takes a limited
number of orders and works on a first in, first served
basis. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
Delivery times are 10-15 working days from the date of your
approval to print.
Copyright The items you are
purchasing are exclusive to Studio 34 Ltd. All copyright
is wholly owned and reserved by Studio 34 Ltd and are
protected by copyright law. It is an offence to steal in whole
or in part any of the designs, layout, copy or photography
created by Studio 34 Ltd. It is illegal to reproduce any item
without express permission from Studio 34 Ltd. Modification
and/or reuse of our stationery for other occasions/uses is
prohibited. Studio 34 Ltd holds ownership and copyright on all
designs whether custom or existing. Studio 34 Ltd reserves the
right to use custom-designed pieces for future themes/layouts
and advertising. Studio 34 will not be held responsible for
any copyright permission required for any images supplied to
us. Customers must ensure that permission has been
granted.
Pricing We are a New Zealand owned
and operated business. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars
(NZD) including GST but excluding postage and packaging.
Studio 34 reserves the right to change all prices without
prior notice. However, any price increase will not
affect any confirmed order or valid quote. Written and
emailed price quotes are valid for 30 days. The customer
must confirm their order and pay a deposit within this time to
guarantee the prices quoted. We are not responsible for
typographical errors displayed on our website.
Payment All orders require a
deposit of $100.00 before any work is carried out. This
deposit is non-refundable after 15 days or once work has
started on your order (whatever is earlier). The balance
of all orders will become due upon the return of approved
proofs and before final delivery or collection of goods.
Courier or postage charges will be added to the invoice
total. We will confirm this total with an email once we
receive your order.
We accept payment by cash deposit,
cheques payable to Studio 34 or credit card. Using these
methods will require payment to be cleared before work can
commence on your order. Please be sure to use your
name as a reference so that we can identify your
payment. No order will be dispatched until full
payment has been received. All late or unpaid invoices
will incur interest and debt collection fees. All
artwork and products remain the property of Studio 34 until
full and final payment has been received.
Colour
and Production Please be aware that due to
variations in monitors the colours and images may differ
slightly on screen to that of the finished product.
Although the greatest care is taken to ensure the colours
chosen are delivered, Studio 34 accepts no responsibility for
slight differences in printed colours. For this reason
you may wish to order a printed sample.
As all
stationery is printed digitally it is possible that subtle
colour variations can occur between each piece, especially any
stationery printed in different consignments. This is
not a fault of the design but a natural effect of the printing
process. Stationery cannot be refunded or returned
because of normal printing effects. We take pride in our
work and assure you that all of our stationery is printed to
the highest professional standards, matching colours as
closely as possible.
All hand-finished orders may vary
slightly between each item.
All orders are subject to
stock availability. If we experience any difficulty with
the supply of necessary stock, then similar stock of
equivalent value and quality will be suggested.
All
stationery may bear Studio 34 Ltd’s name and website address
on the reverse.
Completion times are 10-15
working days (Monday to Friday) from the date we receive the
Customers final approval. Your order will be
dispatched once final payment is received and cleared by our
bank. If your order is urgent, please contact us and you
will be advised immediately if we can meet your
deadline. During peak periods an urgency fee may be
charged.
Proofing Please proofread
carefully. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure
that proofs are accurate and the order to their
specifications. We are not responsible for typographical
errors proofed by the Customer. Any amendments must be
made clearly in writing and delivered to us by email, fax or
hand. Customer errors that are signed off through the
proofing process are to be reprinted at the client’s
expense. No discounts for reprinting will be
allowed. Studio 34 accepts no responsibility for errors
once your proof has been approved. Customers understand
that due to the nature of digital printing, slight colour
variations might occur during reprinting of products.
Cancellation and Return
Policy Cancellation of any orders must be made in
writing. All stock used and work completed up to the
date of receipt of cancellation will be charged to the
Customer. Please choose carefully as we do not refund if
you simply change your mind. If the goods are faulty we
will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees
Act.
All returns for faulty products must be made in
writing within 7 days of receipt. Studio 34 will
not be responsible for damages caused once the product has
left our premises (i.e. natural disasters) and covered by
insurance.
Returnable products due to reasons other
than damaged or defective items will be accepted in Studio
34’s discretion in good, undamaged and resaleable condition in
their original packing within 7 days.
Original courier
charges are not refundable. Custom and personalised products
are NOT refundable, exchangeable or returnable. We ask
each Customer to take their time in deciding to purchase our
products. We do not provide a refund if you simply
change your mind or the product is not what you personally
expected.
Delivery The Customer is
responsible for all courier charges. Deliveries made
outside New Zealand will incur additional international
registered courier rates and insurance. Studio 34
ensures your order is securely packaged and leaves us in
perfect conditions, therefore we cannot be held responsible
for any goods lost or damaged in transit by our carrier.
We cannot be responsible for any loss incurred due to late
delivery for reasons outside our control (i.e. courier
strikes/courier illness/traffic delays/weather conditions
etc). All orders are dispatch on receipt of your final
payment.
Privacy
Policy Your personal information will only be used
for email notifications, order confirmation, proofing and
invoices with Studio 34. We do not sell your personal
information to third parties.
Acceptance of Terms &
Conditions Payment and approval of your stationery
is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms
and conditions. Customers shall indemnify Studio 34 Ltd from
any and all costs, expenses, losses and damages on account of
any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings
that may be placed against Studio 34 Ltd.
These Terms and
Conditions are subject to change without prior
notice.
